HEALTHY LIFESTYLE WEEK 1
Wow, guys. Let me just say: Food delivery service changed my LIFE! Physically, mentally, and financially, lol! When i first found http://www.modelmeals.com/ , I was scared of the pricing, until I realized i spend about $60 a DAY on eating out. Now that i have my week of food in the fridge, I feel too guilty eating out. (Except my daily or twice-daily $7 cup of coffee ;) )
Now, physically and mentally, I feel like a different human. Eating clean, organic, gluten free and all those things you hate your friend bragging about not eating makes your body feel EXPONENTIALLY better. My brain feels less foggy. Waking up is BREEZE, and I don't dread working out. Danika (the creator and owner) of Model Meals wakes up around 4am to go to the farmers market to get the supplies for all of the meals. Amazing.
Best part is, with the workouts i've been doing, i already look different.
Side note, Brad (@BradBrisbin) works me out in the same building all of the vine kids live in, so working out is hilarious. Trying to hold a squat and seeing them film some odd hilariousness that i know is going to get 1million+ views is great.
WORKOUTS THIS WEEK:
I keep my toe lifted on a weight so it targets my glute better. I HATE feeling a workout in my quad. Squat with the ball held straight in front of you, and crunch to the side when standing. 15 each leg, 3 times.
Use a bar, or a human, to boost yourself to jump up and down 20 times. 3 sets.
Weight or no weight, drop your booty ALL the way to the floor and drive up and SQUEEZE! 20 is good, 3 times.
Lift each arm for a total of 15, then hold a 1 minute plank. 3 times.
